ALBANY PARK REMODEL

A two-phase renovation of a vintage Chicago home, beginning with the kitchen and later expanding to a new mudroom addition and rear deck. The kitchen incorporated new windows, warm wood cabinetry and butcher-block details selected to feel at home with the property's existing character rather than erase it. The later addition added radiant floor heat, Hardie siding and a composite deck while continuing the same approach to the home's original architecture.
