AVONDALE RESIDENCE
WHERE
Chicago, Illinois
WHEN
2024
WHAT
Two-Flat to Single Family Conversion
A large-scale renovation that converted a two-flat into a cohesive single-family home. The work spanned both floors and included extensive reconfiguration, a new kitchen and bathrooms, HVAC upgrades, flooring, stairs, doors and trim. The finished interiors combine a restrained material palette with strong architectural details, allowing the original Chicago home to feel updated without losing its residential character.
