GLENVIEW BASEMENT

A highly customized lower level designed for entertaining, fitness and everyday living. A dramatic loft-style glass wall defines the home gym, while a custom bar, waterfall countertop, bold wallpaper and layered finishes give the basement the character of a finished living space rather than a typical lower-level remodel. Sound insulation, specialty flooring and carefully integrated mechanical areas were incorporated behind the finished design.
