PARK RIDGE RESIDENCE

WHERE

Park Ridge, Illinois

WHEN

2015

WHAT

Multi-Phase Renovation

A multi-phase renovation that began with kitchen and bathroom work and later expanded into a custom basement. The lower level added recreation and laundry spaces, new lighting, sound insulation, stair work and concealed mechanical areas. Rich woodwork and traditional detailing tie the phases together and give the finished home a cohesive feel.
