ROSCOE VILLAGE BATH
WHERE
Chicago, Illinois
WHEN
2025
WHAT
Primary Bathroom Renovation
A primary bathroom renovation that replaced the previous tub-and-shower layout with a more refined combination of freestanding tub, new shower and dual vanity. Recessed medicine cabinets, layered tile, updated lighting and frameless glass create a clean but detailed room. The balance of warm wood, stone and metal finishes keeps the space contemporary without feeling cold.
