Penthouse Addition & Roof Deck
A major vertical expansion that added a new penthouse and mezzanine above a West Loop residence. The project included three new oak stair runs, skylights, hardwood flooring, new exterior walls and roofing, plus an Ipe roof deck and custom railings. It is a strong example of RDG's ability to take on structural and exterior construction in addition to interior finish work.
