WEST LOOP TOWNHOME

A top-to-bottom renovation of a West Loop residence that substantially reworked the home from the basement through the second floor. The project included new floor systems and stairs, a reconfigured kitchen and bathrooms, five skylights, exposed brick, masonry and window modifications, and restoration of the front facade, limestone and cornice. The finished home balances clean contemporary spaces with the character of the original masonry structure.
